Begin in a seated position with your knees bent and your feet resting lightly on the ground as you balance on your sit bones. Reaching your arms forward, start to lift your feet off the ground as you draw your abs in tight, lengthening through your torso and reclining your back slightly. Try extending your legs as straight as you can, forming a ‘V’ shape with your body. Try holding for 30 to 60 seconds, breathing comfortably, then bend your knees and repeat 10 times.
