Jennifer Forrester’s concept of eating real foods in the right portions is exactly what I’ve been searching for. In the past, I’ve tried various diets, but was never able to sustain them. Eliminating certain foods only made me crave them that much more. After reading Jennifer’s E-book, I’ve realized it’s not about restricting yourself–it’s about changing your lifestyle. I’ve started preparing healthy snacks in advance, so that I never get to the point where I’m ravenous and making bad food choices. The simple smoothie equation she provides makes it easy to prepare a nutritious snack by throwing in whatever fruit I have on hand. My favorite so far is the strawberry-banana green smoothie–I could drink it every day! Not only does Jennifer offer helpful tips on eating nutritiously, but she also provides do-anywhere workouts, which have been a life-changer for me. Some days I don’t feel like making the extra effort to drive all the way to the gym, but still feel like I need a good calorie-burning session. Following her #CreateYourGym concept makes it easy to squeeze exercise into daily life. I’m so grateful to have come across this E-book and truly feel that I’m on my way to achieving a healthier lifestyle!

Jennifer Forrester’s E-book came into my life at the perfect time. It was the beginning of fall and I was ready to change up my eating and fitness habits. After all, it is easier to make a lifestyle change in autumn than it is during the hectic holiday season. After downloading the Jumpstart Your Balance E-book, I immediately loved the movement section. I was in desperate need of a new workout routine and Jennifer’s #CreateYourGym concept resonated with me because I could easily build my strength anywhere, at home or outdoors. I loved the challenge of doing as many reps of each move in a short amount of time; I worked on increasing my reps and rounds week after week. After four weeks of living by the Jumpstart Your Balance E-book, I can proudly say that I no longer fear burpees. The next section I really enjoyed was the food journal. It’s such an easy concept that I’ve never actually considered. It helped me identify a tendency to reach for sweets midday – I’m working on breaking that pattern – and I’ve committed to adding more lean protein to my meals. Overall, this E-book is a helpful tool in balancing your health, fitness and the desire to indulge in a sweet treat or two!
