Base Move: Kettlebell Swings
From standing, bend from the hips, keeping your back straight, slightly bending your knees as you bring the kettlebell back between your legs. From there, thrust your hips forward to swing the kettlebell to shoulder height. Use your hips and core (not your shoulders) to raise the kettllebell.
