1) Triangle Pushup to Side Plank
Start off in a plank with your feet together and your hands directly under your chest. Touch your index fingers and thumbs together so that they form a triangle. With your elbows close to your torso, lower your chest to the earth, keeping your core tight. From there, push back up into your plank and extend one arm toward the sky, opening your body and hovering your top leg over the other. Hold for a full breath and then square off your hips and shoulders back to the earth. Repeat on the other side and continue, alternating sides for 3 sets of 10 reps.
