Start and finish with a 10-15 minute walk or run. Complete 3 rounds, 8-15 reps of each exercise. 45-90 seconds rest between each round.[/tps_header]
Deep Squat: Find a comfortable foot position so you can open your hips in order to get your hip crease below your knees. For added intensity, drive through with your entire foot and jump before going down for the next rep. When completing a deep squat, more of your body weight is placed on your hips instead of your knees. This results in greater glute activation for that perfect booty!
