Moscow Mule

Skinny Moscow Mule (98 calories for an 8 oz.)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
  • Large pinch of shredded ginger
  • 7 oz. of diet ginger ale
  • Garnish with fresh mint

Directions:

  1. Mix and stir fresh lime juice, vodka and shredded ginger in a cup.
  2. Strain over ice into the mug or glass.
  3. Finish with pouring diet ginger ale to top it off.
  4. Garnish with mint.
