A Quick Fix: Your 5-Minute Holiday Workout

by

It’s that time of year again.
Your to-do list is adding up and as your schedule gets tighter, so does that top button!

Keeping a consistent workout routine during the holiday season is tough, but it is the absolute best thing you can do for your health and sanity.

Here is a fast 5-minute workout you can do to de-stress and burn calories. Do these first thing in the morning when you know your days are jam-packed or at the end of the day when you skipped the gym. These exercises can be modified for injuries and require NO equipment. All you need is some space, a towel, and some water. NO EXCUSES.

YOUR WORKOUT

30 seconds each, as many reps as you can do. Set a goal for the end of the month and slowly build up each week. Go immediately into the following exercise and take a break as you need to.

Mountain Climbers/ Hold Plank Jacks / Push Up
Squat Jumps/ Hold Squat Reverse Lunge/ Speed Skater Burpees / Hold a V UP

Have more time? Do 2 more rounds.

Happy Holidays!

Fabletics is an awful company. Terrible, terrible customer service. Deceptive marketing. I have never had so many problems dealing with a company. After 4th call to customer service (first three were dropped by them) I had to treat the guy like an absolute pos dog to get him to cut his bullsh**t marketing spiel. Recommend do not buy anything from this company.

how did you get an actual person? I can only get an automated system

It was hard. I basically screamed at the automated system and hit zero about 100 times. Just don’t hang up and keep saying “customer service”. I’m pretty sure the automated system and the poor responses are designed on purpose to keep people from complaining or canceling out of the VIP program.

I got totally disconnected. The thing is the support team here on FB is really good.

I appreciate this insight. I was thinking about ordering from them but now I don’t believe I will.
