I love getting outdoors and down to the beach for my workouts. There is something so peaceful about sitting on the beach after training and reflecting on your day and your killer workout.
For a high-intensity workout, reduce the rest time in between sets, push yourself, and keep movements controlled. I find that by doing this circuit 4 times with sand sprints in between, it gives me the ultimate HIIT session.
These moves are great fat burners that will help you de-stress and unwind. Most importantly, you don’t even need any equipment! Utilize the hard and the soft sand, and make sure if you are barefoot, that you stay in control to avoid injury.
