Fabletics has teamed up with Fabletics Master trainer Katie Dunlop of Love Sweat & Fitness to bring you a 4-week Summer Shape-Up series. The program begins on Monday 5/2 and was designed by Katie to help you look and feel your best in time for summer!

Tone
Over the next four weeks, you’ll have a mix of sculpting and cardio-based workouts that will help you burn calories, tone your body, and see some serious change. These workouts will challenge your mind and body in new ways every single day. Switching it up means we’ll keep your muscles guessing and you’ll never get bored. We can’t wait to see your before and after pics!

Stay Motivated
You’re not in it alone–this Summer Shape-Up is going social! You’ll have the support of the Fabletics and LSF communities to cheer you on along the way. Follow us @LoveSweatFitness & @Fabletics on Instagram, @LoveSweatAndFit on SnapChat and use the hashtags #?SummerShapeUp (yes, use the emoji!) #Fabletics #TeamLSF.
