    I was reading the back workout for friday and the lazy lizard workout seemed confusing. I cant figure out what to do entirely. is there a way to post a video about what it looks like?

    So after doing arms on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I had 4 big dogs to x-Ray at work.. Without sedation. Arm workouts #3, 4 and 5! Today’s workout was great too! Your workouts are the best U0001f4aaU0001f459

    I need help@ LoveSweatFitness. I am visually person and struggle to do Lazy Lizard and Dolphins Tails. I would to see a video so I know what Iam doing. If u can send some link or video please??

    Jessliset The Dolphin Tails are in my Animal Booty Workout on YouTube . The lazy lizard takes the heel press of the dolphin tail, while pushing the hands into mat to lift the chest. I’ll take a Snap Chat of it now 🙂

    I have to travel for work however, I did my work out ABs today at Hotel room. There is no excuse to do it. Thank you , Katie. I enjoyed my work out for today.

    At first I wasn’t confident about me doing these workouts! Especially in front of other people! But in a Little over a week I am starting to feel better about me and my body,and it not feeling as tired anymore! Thank you so much Katie, your workouts are tough,but easy to follow!
