1 apple
2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
1 tbsp. chopped almonds

Slice apple horizontally & spread the peanut butter between two of the slices. Roll the edges in chopped almonds and snack away!

Those are delicious! I made the oat balls earlier this evening. Yum.


I made them and entered the recipe into MyFitnessPal and here is what it came up with.  I divided it into 14 balls - and I am saying two balls is one serving:
