Thanksgiving is upon us and we know you are busy. If you’ve been putting off your workout in lieu of a thousand other things on your to-do list, put that cookie sheet down, because fitness instructor Lindsey Harrod has a Holiday HITT circuit you can do in 20 minutes flat.
Is it just me, or do the last couple months of the year disappear in the blink of an eye? We get so busy traveling, cooking, buying gifts, preparing for the New Year and studying for finals (to name a few things) that the last thing on our mind is exercise. Who has time to hit the gym with all of this going on? I feel you, but there’s a way to manage both—we just have to be efficient!
I’ve partnered with Fabletics to bring you a holiday HIIT workout you can do anywhere. You could literally do it at the airport (though you might get a few stares!). This workout uses body weight, pumps up your heart and torches calories—just 20 minutes will burn up to 400 calories and leave you burning calories for the next 48 hours.
Below I’ve demonstrated a total of five fat blasting high-intensity moves. Perform each move for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest between moves and one minute of rest between circuits. Repeat the entire circuit 3-5 times.
