PSA of the day: poor blood circulation can result in water retention, bloating and lack of energy—no one wants that. Luckily, one of the easiest and best ways to promote circulation is exercise, so let’s get that body moving!
Here are five exercises you can do at home to get your heart rate up and blood going. I’ve added resistance bands, because resistance causes muscle fibers to contract, sending blood to those muscles being worked out. All you need is a resistance band and a mat, so press play and follow along with me!
