Happy week 2 of #21DaysOfMe! I hope your first week brought about new fitness goals for you and got you ready to start 2018 off right. This week, we’re all about mindfulness and staying connected. I truly believe that the more connected we are to ourselves, the more connected we are to everything around us. And when we’re centered, it’s easier for our resolutions to stick, too.



It’s important to set goals that have to do with mindfulness. I think meditation is the most motivating way to do this. Try to add more time to your meditation—or add meditation to your routine in general!

Above all, it’s really important to focus on being centered. Be sure to check out the video below—I have a great technique for you to try when you might be feeling anxious or nervous. (Hint: it’s the first thing you learn when you’re starting your mindfulness journey!)
