The Importance of Rest-Day

The long-awaited, infamous, rest-day. For some, it’s a day waited upon and celebrated. For others, it’s a day to endure whilst day-dreaming of tomorrow’s session. Whatever it is, it’s an important day to not judge what relaxes you. This is a day for you. Anything from scrapbooking to hitting the local club to dance away even more calories is fair game. If it speaks to your spirit and re-centers you, and it’s important you take the time to indulge in that.
